All Workshops and the concerts will be held in the concert hall.

There is a large (band) room that will include an art exhibition and three flute circles of chairs.

There are several additional break-out rooms for gathering, private flute playing, and relaxing.

Vendors will be exhibiting thoughout the day in the hallways surrounding the main event rooms.
